Frances Happenings - Calling all Judges!

Hello Friends,

As we all know, once we have recovered from the Holidays it will soon be time to think about Frances 10th Birthday Gathering!

Competition Judges

We are on a recruitment drive to look for people who are interested in taking part either in the capacity of judge, adjudicator or compere for the competitions in February. You can go onto the website at www.francesfolkgathering.com.au and click on “competitions” to see what categories are being judged and to decide whether you are interested in helping with one or more of them.

If you see something that inspires you to offer your time, we would be very happy to hear from you. If you can confirm your area of interest for judging or compering and let us know a little about your background, along with confirmation that you will be at Frances in 2009, that would be really helpful.

Please let us know your contact details such as home phone, mobile and email address. We look forward to welcoming you to the competitions team. You can email us at comps@francesfolkgathering.com.au.

Competitions

Better get in quick if you want to enter the competitions! Some categories are already full and several others only have a few vacancies left. Click here to go straight to the entry page on the website.

If you don't have a clickable link in this newsletter, you can update your preferences (see below) to receive this email in HTML format instead of plain text for future newsletters.

Photographs

We have added a swag of photos to the website. They range from the last Gathering (2008) all the way back to the very first in 2000! Thanks to Ian Fisk for putting the display together. Visit the site and click the "Gallery" link in the main menu to see the photos.

Have a Great Season.
