Art Exhibition
EAch year we give artists an opportunity to
promote their work and to put art work on sale. There is no entry fee but a commission will be charged on each piece sold to cover handling and advertising and restoration of the hall.
The exhibition will be opened at 10.30 am on Gathering Saturday with champagne and nibbles.
Entries open around November and close the Tuesday before the Gathering,
All artwork must be delivered to the Frances Community Hall by the Thursday leading up to the Gathering unless other arrangements have been made.
All artwork must be fully labelled and adhered to the front of entry including sale price.
Artworks will not be accepted unless they are ready for hanging with screw eyes and wire.
The Frances Folk Gathering will exercise all reasonable care with exhibits submitted however, will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to artworks. It is the responsibility of the entrant to insure the artwork against loss or damage during transit and while entered in the Frances Folk
Gathering Art Exhibition.
A commission rate for works sold will be determined when antries are open.
Unsold entries must be collected by 3.30pm on the Sunday of the Gathering.
