Art Exhibition
Each year we give artists an opportunity to
promote their work and to put art work on sale. There is no entry fee but a commission will be charged on each piece sold to cover handling and advertising and restoration of the hall.
The exhibition will be opened at 10.30 am on Gathering Saturday with champagne and nibbles.
Entries close no later than Friday 18th February 2011.

All artwork have to be delivered to the St Bronca’s Church by Thursday 24th February unless other arrangements have been made.
All artwork must be suitably framed and canvas must be stretched and flat. All works must be able to hang. Artwork will not be accepted unless it is ready for hanging with screw eyes and wire. It must be carefully labelled with the medium, full name of artist and title of work and adhered to the front or back of entry including sale price.
The Frances Folk Gathering will exercise all reasonable care with exhibits submitted, however will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to artworks. It is the responsibility of the entrant to insure the artwork against loss or damage during transit and while entered in the Frances Folk Gathering Art Exhibition.
A commission rate for works sold will be 15%.
Unsold entries must be collected by 3.30pm Sunday 27th February unless other arrangements have been made.
